On November 28th, Heqichang held a quarterly lean site management results reporting meeting, bringing together the company’s executive team, production leaders, and Jianfeng consultants to summarize phased achievements, share practical experiences, and jointly promote the deepening of lean management within the enterprise.

At the meeting, Mr. Lü Xuefang, a consultant from Jianfeng, began by explaining the purpose of the reporting session. He emphasized the need to concretize and standardize key tasks by clarifying “what to do and how to do it.” Using the framework of “people, tasks, time, location, and resources,” he helped clarify the logic of improvement, making lean actions more executable and implementable.
